Indian sarangi 15 string antique banjira instrument with new bow. All strings are complete and still intact. Some scratches and some minor paint losses. Very good to excellent antique overall condition. Aside from the fact that the original bow is now separated from the main instrument and no longer available, the instrument itself is in exceptionally well-preserved overall antique condition. It is an exceptional piece and has exquisite wood carvings as well as exaggerated, incredibly finished, detailed and well executed hand-painted figures on the front lower and upper body and the curved lower body of the back of the instrument. An incredible early instrument with absolutely outstanding original hand-painted finishes. It remains as it was found and in 100% original antique condition. Unbelievable, all the strings are still there
